The proposed
solution consists of: -Living room with a very large sofa and a
group of coordinated coffee tables with different heights to use for
dinner with flexibility; -Building a wall to
separate the staircase leading to the upper floor in order to get a
corner decorated with wallpaper for tv area and space for shelves and
furniture;
-Dining room used in
continuity with the living room as a relax area with chaises longues,
including shelves and bookshelves: the dining
table is a “console table”, which means a cabinet containing
chairs (dim. 90,5
x 46 cm when
closed) that can be unfolded and become a dining table from two to
eight people depending on how many guests you have (dim. 90,5
x 107-168 cm when open – the renders uploaded show both solutions); For
this layout you can consider two different supplies of furniture,
choosen by catalog: the first, more expensive, implies renowned brand
and design furniture, the second, cheaper, implies modular Ikea
furniture. Possibly the two solutions can be integrated with one
another depending on the available budget: for example you can choose
an high quality design sofa and tv cabinet to be placed in the living
room that is most used and representative, the “console table”
for it's useful flexibility and cheaper Ikea furniture for the dining
room.
