Living room and lunch

Hello,

For this project, I followed one simple philosophy: keep what deserves to stay, and let everything else support it.

Rather than designing around trends, I designed around value. The red sofa was intentionally preserved because it brings confidence, warmth, and an unforgettable focal point to the room. Removing it would have taken away part of the apartment’s identity.

The antique wooden console remained for a similar reason. It introduces authenticity and depth, balancing the cleaner contemporary lines with a sense of history and craftsmanship that cannot be replicated.

Even the dining light fixture earned its place. Its proportions, presence, and visual rhythm fit naturally within the composition, making it an asset instead of something to replace.

Every retained element was treated as an opportunity, not a limitation. The result is a home that feels curated, welcoming, and effortlessly cohesive—where existing treasures and new ideas coexist in perfect harmony.
