Little Smart Appartment

The project optimizes the little space
available to create a cozy, functional and modern ambience
.
The cooking area, located near the
entrance, has all appliances and accessories to make it functional
(full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, chest of drawers, ...).
The kitchen plane form an island that serves as a dining table (for
four people).
Unifying/separator element between the
cooking area and the living room/bedroom is a structure with shelves
that serves as both a library and cabinet for TV.
The living room, with wall-beds
solutions, allows you to have four beds at night well distributed: a
double wall bed and a bunk wall bed, with storage space for blankets
and towels for guests, allow you to have space to maneuver and beds
apart, which is not possible with pouf-bed because they occupy the
entire free area. During the day, you have a nice living room with
tTV/chat area.
The dressing area is located near the
bathroom and is constituted by two full hight wardrobes which allow
to store clothes and shoes. Above the double wall bed are other
cabinets.
I replaced the bathroom door and I
optimized all the available space. In fact we have: a high cabinet,
which contains a washing machine, a sink with cabinet below and
mirror, a floor shower with crystal slab, toilet and bidet with towel
warmer.
The colors used, as you can see in the
render, for the decoration of the whole house are three: glossy white
(for furniture living room / bedroom), gray (matt: cooking area and
double wall-bed; glossy for the bathroom cabinets), bright green
(contrasting inserts and fabrics). Even the floors and coverings
recover these colors: gray for the bathroom, light gray/white for the
other room (faux wood tiles). The use of these colors maximize the
amount of the light and creates a young and modern atmosphere.
