Il progetto proposto è stato elaborato con i seguenti obiettivi:
· Le richieste del cliente di creare un appartamento per locazioni temporanee a studenti o AirBnB.
· Contenimento dei costi di realizzazione. Fattibilità del progetto.
· Fruibilità e funzionalità degli ambienti. Ottimizzazione della distribuzione interna utilizzando arredi commerciali e non realizzati su misura.
· Rispetto dei regolamenti edilizi comunali. Sono stati rispettati tutti i parametri stabiliti dal regolamento edilizio di Pavia riguardo a superfici minime degli ambienti, rapporti arereoilluminanti, ecc.
Un dettaglio: nelle camere dove non è possibile installare un controsoffitto si è ricorso ad un effetto ottico di abbassamento dell'altezza del soffitto verniciando di un colore più scuro i 2/3 inferiori delle pareti.

The proposed project was developed with the following objectives:
Customer requests to create an apartment for temporary leases to students or AirBnB.
· Containment of construction costs. Feasibility of the project.
· Usability and functionality of the rooms. Optimization of internal distribution using commercial and non-customized furniture.
· Compliance with municipal building regulations. All the parameters established by the building regulations of Pavia regarding minimum surfaces of the environments, air-lighting ratios, etc. have been respected.

A detail: in the rooms where it is not possible to install a false ceiling, an optical effect of lowering the height of the ceiling was used by painting the lower 2/3 of the walls in a darker color.
