Innanzitutto, l'anticamera è stata rimossa per creare più spazio. Si propone di rinnovare, se possibile, le vecchie ringhiere o le porte deteriorate.

In uno spazio piccolo, ritengo fondamentale l'agglomerazione degli spazi, cioè spazi ben definiti per evitare un mix eterogeneo nella distribuzione. La concentrazione degli spazi ha lo scopo di dare all'utente la sensazione di appartenenza alla cucina, alla stanza, al corridoio, ecc. Per rendere l'atmosfera possibile anche in questi spazi.

Modello di appartamento 1

La disposizione.

Entrando, abbiamo il soggiorno, che ha accesso diretto al balcone con una doppia porta a soffietto nello stile che preferite. La funzione del soggiorno è il relax attivo, rilassarsi per guardare la TV o fare qualsiasi altra cosa mentre ci prendiamo un po' di tempo libero, questo spazio è giusto per il soggiorno, l'altezza ci permette di camminare liberamente e di sentire lo spazio più grande se ci recliniamo.

Il bagno è stato mantenuto così com'è. Una parte della parete esistente è stata demolita per l'apertura della porta; per ottenere un aspetto più minimalista, consiglio vivamente di utilizzare porte dal pavimento al soffitto e, se possibile, con un aspetto in legno. Le porte dovrebbero essere prese in considerazione prima dell'acquisto o realizzate per adattarsi all'inclinazione del tetto, in tutti i casi tranne che per il bagno e le porte esistenti.

La cucina è attaccata alla parete del bagno. È dotata dell'essenziale e ha un bar con spazio sufficiente per due o tre commensali. Ha accesso al balcone attraverso una doppia porta a soffietto in stile a scelta.

In grigio si vedono le suddivisioni degli spazi; lo spessore di queste pareti è quello di un pannello di 12,7 cm.

Le camere da letto sono due.

La camera da letto principale ha accesso al balcone, ha visibilità attraverso la finestra, e nell'altezza più bassa è presente un armadio per tutta la lunghezza della stanza; questo armadio ha le dimensioni minime per appendere un indumento, se necessario al momento dell'installazione, può essere allungato di 10 cm. L'armadio può essere realizzato nello stile che preferite.

La camera da letto secondaria ha due letti, una zona multiuso per vari oggetti e un armadio a tutta lunghezza nella zona inferiore, con vista attraverso la finestra.

Appartamento modello 2

Il soggiorno e il bagno sono stati mantenuti come nel modello 1.

In cucina, abbiamo chiuso la porta a battente per trasformarla in una finestra a battente che fornirà ventilazione alla cucina durante la cottura dei cibi. Questa finestra mi ha dato la possibilità di ampliare un po' quest'area e di collocare un bancone per la colazione per quattro persone. Allo stesso tempo, ho realizzato un piccolo corridoio per accedere all'altro balcone dalla cucina stessa, in modo da avere una porta e una finestra sul balcone.

Per accedere alle camere da letto, abbiamo un piccolo corridoio come nel modello 1. Le camere da letto hanno ciascuna la propria finestra e armadi a muro. Nella camera da letto principale l'armadio è più grande rispetto al modello 1. Nella camera da letto matrimoniale l'armadio è più piccolo, a causa dello spazio occupato dalla cucina.

Il soggiorno e il bagno sono stati progettati per essere identici in entrambi i modelli.

The kitchen is attached to the bathroom wall. It is equipped with the essentials and has a bar with enough space for two or three diners. It has access to the balcony through a double folding door in the style of your choice.

In gray you can see the subdivisions of the spaces; the thickness of these walls is that of a 12.7 cm panel.

We have two bedrooms.

The master bedroom has access to the balcony, it has visibility through the window, and at the lowest height there is a closet along the entire length of the room; this closet has the minimum measures to hang a garment, if necessary at the time of installation, it can be extended 10 cm. The closet can be made in the style of your choice.

The secondary bedroom has two beds, a multipurpose surface for various objects and a full-length closet in the lower area, with a view through the window.

Apartment model 2

The living room and bathroom are kept as in model 1.

In the kitchen, we closed the hinged door to convert it into a casement window that will give ventilation to the kitchen when cooking food. This window gave me the possibility to expand this area a little more and place a breakfast bar for four people. At the same time, I placed a small corridor to gain access to the other balcony from the same kitchen, so that we have a door and a window to the balcony.

To access the bedrooms, we have a small hall as in model 1. The bedrooms each have their own window and built-in closets. In the master bedroom the closet is larger than in model 1. In the double bedroom the closet is smaller, because of the space we took for the kitchen.
