Design Notes and Revisions on the Main Plan
In this proposal, considering the functional requirements of the spaces and the client's request to place the kitchen adjacent to the bathroom wall, a new layout has been designed for the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is positioned to maintain a direct connection with the living room while allowing proper access to the bathroom plumbing.
Key modifications include:
Slight relocation of the kitchen door: The kitchen entrance has been moved slightly to the right to enable a more efficient layout and allow sufficient space for kitchen equipment. If the client prefers not to move the door, an alternative arrangement can be proposed while keeping the current door location.
Optimized circulation and zoning: The flow between private areas (bedrooms) and public areas (living room, kitchen) has been improved to ensure privacy and smooth movement throughout the space.
Furniture and layout scaled to real dimensions: All furniture and fixtures have been placed in accurate proportions to assess the practical usability of each area.
