GENERAL IDEA: Dividing the apartment into two zones. South orientation is designed as an open space where kitchen, dining and living area would be located. North orientation is the private/sleeping area (3 bedrooms).
HALLWAY (7.40 m2): Designed to provide plenty of space that could be used as shoe storage. It can be smaller/narrower if you wish to add a few centimeters more to the kitchen/dining area.
OPEN SPACE (42.25 m2): Contemporary and minimalistic (customized) kitchen with the refrigerator and appliances hidden inside the wall elements. Dining area is highlighted with 3 statement pendant lights. Although you have a medium budget, I would definitely suggest investing more in high-end key pieces like sofa and bed.
MASTER BEDROOM (14.21 m2) with walk-in closet (3.93 m2): I tried to respect all your wishes, so I designed a neutral, simple and calm oasis which only purpose is to give you a good night's sleep. The trees-themed wallpaper and contemporary/abstract wall-art have a descriptive role, just like all the other decorative objects I chose for your apartment, but I did have the environment of Pian Camuno in mind when I was thinking about colour schemes and your future home decor.
MASTER BATHROOM (6.51 m2): If you wish to achieve that sleek, elegant look for your bathroom without spending a fortune, be sure to implement prints, vases, candles or plants into the space. You can use decorative resin wall panels for the shower.
SMALL BEDROOM (9.90 m2): Proposed design is for a child aged 6-10. I went a bit far ahead, but as we all know, kids do grow fast. This room could be your nursery in the beginning.
GUEST BEDROOM (11.62 m2): Again, just a proposal since you haven't decided yet about this room.
LAUNDRY ROOM (4.54 m2): I would suggest consulting your plumber and handyman about the possibility of installing a wall-mounted toilet, bidet and washing machine drainage system here.
