Salve a tutti,
vorremmo una mano per modificare il nostro appartamento che vorremmo rinnovare.
Ci servirebbe qualche idea per dividere l'ingresso dal soggiorno, ed eventualmente aprire la cucina ma in maniera da poterla comunque isolare dal soggiorno (magari non totalmente con delle porte scorrevoli, in modo da chiudere quando serve) . Non vorrei cambiare la cucina ma magari aggiungere al posto del tavolo una penisola per mangiare in 3 persone che magari la separi dal soggiorno. In soggiorno oltre alla zona divano, vorrei una soluzione pratica per avere anche un tavolo sul quale sia possibile mangiare in 8/10. (anche a scomparsa).
La camera matrimoniale direi che va bene così, mentre la cameretta si accettano consigli per adattarla alle esigenze di una ragazza 17enne.
Il bagno, vorrei togliere la vasca, mettere una doccia a pavimento più grande, e se possibile trovare spazio per un angolo lavanderia/ripostiglio (lavatrice + lavatoio).
Gli attuali impianti elettrici e idraulici del bagno possono essere modificati.

We need help to change our apartment that we would like to renew. We need some idea to split the entrance from living room, and eventually realize an open the kitchen but in a way that it can still be isolated from the living room (maybe not totally with sliding doors, so as to close them when needed). I would not change the kitchen, but maybe add a peninsula to eat in 3 people instead of the table. This would make possible to separate the kitchen from the living room. In the living room, in addition to the sofa area, I would also have a table where it is possible to eat in 8/10. (also retractable).
The master bedroom would say that's okay! While I would like to have some tips to adapt the small bedroom to the needs of a 17 year old girl. In the bathroom, I would remove the tank, put a wet room bigger, and if you can find space for a utility room / storage room (washing machine + sink). The existing electric and hydraulic systems in the bathroom can be modified.
