Dear client,
We are very happy to have participated in your coontest.
Considering that the existing walls are responsible for supporting the roof, we tried to make the design with minimal changes.
Considering that you want to change the roof surface, we moved the fireplace and placed it near the window overlooking the garden.
We placed the new bathroom near the entrance of the house so that it has a window and has good access to the two non-master bedrooms, and we also planned a guest closet next to the entrance door.
We placed the living room in a place that overlooks the garden and we also increased the dimensions of the small window in that area.
Considering that you currently want to use the house as a couple, we considered the main bedroom as a master with a private bathroom and overlooking the garden.
In the backyard and next to the living room, we considered a gazebo for communal meals. We placed this gazebo on a platform so that this platform and its stairs can be used to access the house from the backyard.
We planned the winter gazebo in a location that would provide good access to the pool and backyard gazebo while maintaining a distance of 5 meters from the neighboring property. (The winter gazebo kitchen can be used to provide services to the backyard gazebo.)
We used retractable glass windows for the winter gazebo so that in the summer, by opening them, we could create good access to the surroundings.
We also used a glass door for the gazebo shower so that it could be used as a shower in the pool area in the summer.
We protected the pool from the entrance and parking area with the winter gazebo and the wall next to it where the barbecue is located.
We planned a barbecue next to the pool that also has good access to the winter gazebo.
Given the height difference between the backyard and the garden, we designed the pool as an infinite.
I hope you like our design.
