The owner is looking for a modern apartment with a large living area, which includes sofa area and
dining room separated by a suspended fireplace. The fireplace is operated either by gas or wood. A
window wall closed the balcony, further enlarging the living zone.
Space partitioning has not been modified. Bathroom and kitchen have been furnished taking into
account their small dimensions, choosing furniture and accessories to make them look larger. Only
the bathroom of the master bedroom has been a slightly enlarged to accommodate a bathtub. A glass
curtain is used to separate the bathroom from the bedroom, thus allowing natural light to enter the
bathroom (a frosted glass may be used for more privacy). A false ceiling, only in the corridor and in
