Dear customer,
the project starts from the desire to enhance the characteristics of
conviviality and hospitality of your apartment. You with your family and
friends will be able to have well-defined specific spaces in order to carry out
all activities and actions that fill life. The daily area will have:
a large living room with a dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking
panoramic side and the balcony facing the sea.
This area will be directly connected to the sitting room where, introduced by
the bar area, there will be the sofa and the armchair in front of the
fireplace, inserted into the wall system;
you will be able to go out from the living room and arrive to the garden,
fitted by chairs and a table,which will be protected by the gazebo.
The kitchen has the same location as the original project, keeping the
balcony: you can get to the kitchen through the hallway which leads to the
chambre de donne and to the bathroom.
The sleeping area, disengaged to the corridor, will have the master bathroom,
the second bedroom and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The
alternative presented has the possibility of a third bedroom overlooking the
panoramic side.
