I would like to sincerely thank you for the invitation to participate in this project. It has been a very interesting exercise analyzing the requirements we discussed; my main objective has been to translate those needs into a clear and functional strategy.

Attached you will find the detailed proposal. I have paid special attention to ensuring that the needs assessment is clearly reflected in each stage of the proposed process.
