Interior Layout of Villa Altomare

I am looking for a layout proposal for a modern and functional single-story villa. The plot already includes a swimming pool, and the design must integrate the indoor living space with this outdoor area. The structure has not been built yet, so there is complete freedom regarding window placement and the main entrance location.

Key Requirements:

Style: Modern, functional, and bright.

Living Area: An open-plan concept where the living room and kitchen flow together. A key priority is a strong visual connection and view of the existing pool.

Sleeping Zone (3 Bedrooms):

1 Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

2 Children’s Bedrooms.

Bathrooms: 2 total (the master en-suite + 1 shared bathroom).

Service Areas:

A dedicated space for an indoor laundry room (or integrated niche).

A functional entrance with space for a coat closet/storage.
