Descrizione Progetto

This project was developed with the aim of optimizing a newly built apartment of approximately 65 sqm, carefully responding to specific needs for functionality and comfort while maintaining a balanced spatial layout.

Upon entering, one is welcomed by a bright and well-organized living area, designed as an open-plan space where the kitchen and living room seamlessly coexist. The layout emphasizes both sociability and efficiency, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that is perfectly integrated into the environment.

A small hallway leads to the private areas and service rooms. In this transitional space, a custom-built storage unit has been incorporated, serving a dual purpose: a laundry column (washer/dryer) and storage for cleaning equipment and household items. This design choice allows for a more open and breathable layout, avoiding the need for a separate utility room.

The master bedroom is conceived as a private and intimate retreat, complete with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, designed in a minimalist and modern style in line with the client's requests.

The second bathroom, accessible from the main hallway, is fully equipped and serves the rest of the home. A studio completes the layout—designed to accommodate remote working needs while also functioning as a guest room thanks to the inclusion of a sofa bed.

The entire project was guided by the goal of maximizing available space and creating functional, well-balanced environments tailored to the diverse needs of everyday living.
