Master Bedroom + Walk-in Closet: Provides privacy, storage, and reduced clutter.
Studio (8–9 sqm): Flexible office/guest room with sofabed.
Bathrooms (2): Main with shower, toilet, bidet; secondary compact for guests. Back-to-back for plumbing efficiency.
Laundry/Utility: Small niche for washer/dryer and storage.
Entrance: Compact foyer with built-ins for tidiness.
