Here are the highlights of the project as briefed:

1.On ground floor level the shopping complex-we propose to clad the facade with a brick or any other natural cover as its going to give a natural feel and a unique visual appearance

2.We have given a more elaborate proposal for front store signage above the shops

3.We have also given a better landscaping appeal next to the parking

4.On first and second floor we have extended a steel section on the side to provide for planters

5.The wood finish stain on the steel structures gives a visual appeal from the road-The pergollas can be painted with a wood stain paint

6Wehave covered the porches on forth floor and therefore extending the terrace on fifth floor

7.Different materials especially color with make the proposed building stand out more.
