This project will try to respond to as many of the given instructions in the hope that the offered solutions please your criteria. I tried to create a bright ambience, comfortable and above all stylish sophisticated. Classic elegance and harmony consisting of its basic principles: symmetry, good proportions and rhythm are combined with modern materials, purified coloring and highlights. The space is enriched with numerous plants that bring freshness and liveliness in the home.
The upper level is organized as a cozy living room which is spacious and comfortable. The main motive is the fireplace and accompanying libraries that brings warmth to the entire home. To minimize the effect of the slope at the lowest ceiling walls are prominent with vertical elements that visually elongate the room. These are the wallpaper with vertical stripes and high cabinets. Another optical trick is setting with mirrors on several places to enhance the space. Your existing furniture is deployed so that it fits with the new pieces which are mostly in vintage style. The kitchen is functional and can optionally be extended to the dining room. Studding angle is placed next to sitting area. Recreation room is next to the bathroom and has one wall with mirror. The balcony has installed a small pool with a fountain and around the comfortable furniture for relaxation. I designed special containers for a variety of plants and flowers so you can enjoy in green peace. Near the entrance is a wooden staircase that leads to the lower level.
The lower level is dedicated to privacy. Children (I was planning space for two) will have their own playroom accompanied by a large terrace where they can play at will. Their sleep is organized in the common room. The green color is a good choice for children’s temperament as it stimulating and soothing at the same time. The room is furnished for children over three years because the baby phase passes very fast (I know this from experience, although it does not seem so). During the time, a playroom can be organized as a separate bedroom. Large master bedroom is connected with bathroom and dressing room. Workroom is in the middle. The second bathroom is connected to the storage room where is the washing machine.
