The concept of my project is to give your family a maximized common living area by optimizing the space needed for the other private spaces. I've dedicated the front patio to be an extention of the living area for an inside-outside family experience complete with sliding glass doors for both winter & summer use. The back patio is designed to accommodate a mobile winter garden whose source I've suggested in the plan for your convenience. I hope the project meets all your requirements. Thank you.
