Residenziale - Appartamento
This project reorganizes an 80 m² apartment to accommodate a growing family, respecting all structural and technical constraints. Both bathrooms are located adjacent to the existing drainage column and each is equipped with a bathtub. The main bathroom also includes a washing machine, integrated for convenience and space optimization.
The kitchen remains in its original location for plumbing efficiency and can be fully separated from the living/dining area by folding glass doors (bi-fold doors) with either wood or metal frames, providing flexibility to open or close the space as needed. The entrance hall is separated from the kitchen, ensuring privacy upon arrival.
Two alternative layouts for the living and dining area are proposed, allowing the family to choose the arrangement that best fits their lifestyle. Storage solutions are distributed throughout the apartment, with generous built-in and overhead options to maximize available space.
The children’s bedroom is designed to allow a future division into two rooms. In the division scenario (Bedroom 2), a loft bed at 1.75 m height with a wardrobe underneath maximizes space and functionality. Both bedrooms have access to natural light.
A home office area is integrated into the living area. A bioethanol fireplace is included in the living room. All interventions respect the immovable elements, existing windows, and doors, as required by the building regulations.
