During the development of this project, I made sure to meet all your requirements. There is a possibility of dividing one children's room into two, and I have included that option in the attachment. The project also includes a small study room. The washing machine is placed in the kitchen, but it can be relocated if needed.

As for the interior photos, neutral colors were used, and the style is contemporary and modern. I gave you the freedom to choose the style and change the colors according to your preferences, which is why neutral tones were selected. The rooms are labeled in Italian—if I made any mistakes, I apologize.
