Residenziale - Appartamento
Dear clients,
First of all, let me introduce myself — my name is Madina, an architect from Algeria.
Please find attached my proposed layout for the renovation of your apartment. I’ve done my best to address all your needs, while taking into account the existing constraints, using a few design strategies that combine functionality and aesthetics.
For example, at the entrance, I’ve included a glass partition to bring more transparency to the space and give the impression of a more open area. It also creates a more comfortable view from the kitchen counter — facing glass feels lighter than facing a solid wall (look at inspiration board- photo 01).
The kitchen is semi-open, as you requested. The living room, although compact, is thoughtfully designed: there’s a dining area near the kitchen, and a fireplace that subtly defines the entrance to the lounge (look at inspiration board- photo 05).
The master bedroom is spacious and includes an en-suite bathroom.
As for the children’s room, I’ve slightly reduced its size in order to create a shared workspace that can be used by everyone (look at inspiration board- photo 02).
I’ve also included a second option: the same layout, but with the possibility of dividing the children’s room into two separate rooms in the future.
Regarding the demolition work:
I recommend removing all existing interior partitions and rebuilding them with new, well-constructed walls that are more solid and durable.
This will ensure better long-term stability and allow for high-quality finishes, whether it’s paint or wall tiling.
I hope this proposal meets your expectations and suits your needs.
Feel free to share your thoughts or feedback.
Best regards,
Madina
