Descrizione Progetto

Dear client,

The goal of this renovation project was to create a functional home for your evolving family, while incorporating modern, industrial interior design style.
To best address your needs, I prepared two design solutions:
Solution A keeps the living room in its original position. A functional entryway is created by introducing a custom wardrobe that divides the entrance from the living room. This element combines a closet for jackets and shoes with a semi-transparent bench and wooden partition columns, ensuring both practicality and a clear visual pathway through the apartment. The living room features a TV unit partition that separates the living and dining areas, providing better visual communication and flow than the current setup.

Solution B relocates the living and dining areas, offering an alternative layout with a different spatial dynamic. This version also shows how the nursery can later transform into a child’s bedroom, demonstrating the flexibility of the design as your family’s needs evolve.

Across both solutions:
The master bedroom is designed with a functional layout and an accent wall behind the king-size bed.
The bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom includes a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower, with light-colored tiles recommended for a timeless and elegant feel.
The smaller bedroom is currently shown as a nursery, while in Solution B it is adapted into a future child’s room.
The bedroom for your daughter is spacious, allowing for a bed, closet, storage unit, small table with chairs, and an armchair, making it both practical and comfortable.

To highlight the brightness of the apartment, I recommend light wall colors throughout, complemented by dark accent walls for an industrial character. The exception is your daughter’s room, where a soft pink shade adds a playful and personal touch. Since you mentioned renovation and lightening of the existing wood flooring, chosen colors go well both with the light and bright wooden floors.

To give you a better idea of planned changes, I have prepared an additional piece with inspirational images that apply to proposed furniture layout.

Both proposed solutions maintain the balance between openness, functionality, and the warm industrial aesthetic you requested. They provide flexibility for your family’s present and future needs, while enhancing the natural light and character of the apartment.

I wish you good luck with your renovation project!
Best regards!
