Descrizione Progetto

Hello Client,
It was truly a pleasure working on your project. For the design, I chose an industrial style with bright finishes to enhance natural light and create an inviting, warm atmosphere.

Living Area
The open living space has been thoughtfully divided into functional zones: a TV area, a dining area, and a study zone. This zoning ensures clear organization and balance. The TV wall is accented with brick cladding and wood finishes, integrating built-in storage. High storage units and partition bookshelves provide semi-private areas while keeping the industrial character intact.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: The bed wall features a concrete-like texture to introduce warmth within the industrial aesthetic. Modern wooden furniture and a simple wardrobe unit complete the space.

Newborn Room: Since you’re expecting, this room is kept simple and cozy with a rustic wallpaper accent, a baby crib, changing desk, dresser, wardrobe, and a rocking chair for feeding.

Toddler Room: Functional and playful, this room includes a 120 × 200 cm bed with a wooden headboard and hidden LED lighting, a wardrobe dresser, and a dedicated play area with generous wardrobe storage for toys and games.

Bathrooms
Vanities & Shelving (shared approach)

Both bathrooms will share a coordinated materials strategy to keep the aesthetic consistent across the home. The vanities can be either solid wooden units or open wooden shelves (depending on your storage preference). Adding plants on or near the vanities will soften the industrial finishes and introduce a natural touch. Embedded niches and recessed shelves are used in both bathrooms to provide practical storage while keeping surfaces clean and aligned with the industrial look.

Master Bathroom

Finished with a warm industrial treatment — textured wall finishes, raw wood accents, and subtle metal details.

The shower has been extended to the wall and lengthened for a more comfortable, spa-like experience; it can incorporate a built-in bench for accessibility.

Vanities and shelving follow the shared approach above (wooden units or open shelves with plants).

I recommend full-height tiling to avoid humidity issues and to ensure longevity of finishes.

Main Bathroom

The layout has been revised for greater functionality; the bathtub is relocated near the window to benefit from daylight and views.

Embedded shelves and recessed niches are integrated for tidy storage and to preserve clean lines.

Vanities here follow the same options — wooden units or open shelving — and will be coordinated in materials with the master bathroom to create visual continuity.

As with the master, full-height tiling is recommended for humidity protection, though partial tiling (up to 1.5 m) with humidity-resistant paint above remains an option if preferred.

Kitchen & Laundry
The kitchen is divided into a cooking area with efficient workflow and a laundry area positioned near the window. A hidden drying rack is included to keep the living spaces clutter-free.

This design balances aesthetic warmth, practical function, and clear organization while maintaining the industrial character throughout the home. All detailed dimensions are included in the attached DWG file for accuracy.

I hope this proposal aligns with your vision — I’m confident it will provide your family with a comfortable, functional, and stylish home.
