My vision is an open and free enviroment to live fully. Sunlight is a supreme good, my task is to create a sunny and cozy place taking advantage of natural light. in the basement i designed an elegant and funny space to receive friends, to play cards and billiard and to drink a cocktail. I tried to keep the structure esistent because this house has great potential already so, and also to contain the costs of renewal. I think the exterior walls must be painted white to continue the coloring of the interior and to give a feeling of lightness. I hope I have satisfied the need of closet and drawers in all areas. Sorry for absence of costs document, but i'm italian and i don't know costs of american construction companies. you have a great house, my interest is make it special and beautiful. have fun during renovation!!
