Project Design Description
In this project, the 30 sqm open space has been organized and furnished according to the client’s needs.
Kitchen: Positioned in the designated area (ANG. COTT.) as indicated on the floor plan. A peninsula was added to optimize the workspace while also functioning as a breakfast bar or additional seating area.
Living Area: Equipped with an L-shaped sofa with chaise lounge and a wall-mounted TV, placed opposite the kitchen to ensure visual and spatial connection.
Dining: A compact round dining table was placed adjacent to the living area for daily use.
Outdoor Entrance Area: Furnished with a small sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table, creating a welcoming and cozy outdoor lounge.
Outdoor Dining & BBQ Area (behind the kitchen): Designed with a small dining table, a barbecue, and a storage bench for accessories.
The overall style is modern and minimal, ensuring maximum functionality while maintaining simplicity and elegance.
