Historic house with an amazing terrace overlooking the gulf of Policastro

Thank you for the contest, I would like to bring up some important aspects that determined the direction of the design proposal that I present to you.

1. There are several inconsistencies between the pdf files that you provided (current state of the apartment and the design project that you have), the inconsistencies focus on the dimensions of the balconies and the height of the mezzanine plate of the room that is on the terrace.

2. Analyzing the deficiencies of the design project that you have, I structured a new proposal for the ground floor apartment, this new proposal consists of two rooms with appropriate and comfortable dimensions, a social bathroom, which also provides service to one of the rooms, the kitchen would be located in the same space in which it is currently in the apartment, but with some modifications to be able to provide more services (laundry cabinet, minibar, oven cabinet), the living room and dining room would be the center of the apartment; The location of the internal staircase that connects the apartment with the terrace is the most viable, with small modifications to the dimensions, I was able to achieve a pre-entrance to the apartment in a harmonious and simple way, and, as for the external staircase located on the balcony, I would advise you not to change it, its dimensions are adequate taking into account the reduced space you have in the apartment, the proposal was designed to avoid major modifications to the structure of the apartment.

3. The room on the terrace was designed as a basic housing unit that has the necessary services (a small kitchen unit, bathroom, work desk, wardrobe) and is complemented by the exterior areas of the terrace, such as the exterior living room, outdoor dining room and BBQ area.

I did not have information about the interiors of the apartment and visual references of what you wanted to achieve, but I hope it is to your liking!
