Historic house with an amazing terrace overlooking the gulf of Policastro

Dear client,
We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We put the new staircase in the entrance hallway, modified the entrance to the ground floor apartment and placed it under the new staircase.
To protect the staircase from the rain, we used a gazebo with a glass door and wall (winter gazebo).
On the terrace of the first floor, we planned a gazebo with a retractable roof.
We equipped the first floor room with a bathroom, a mini kitchen and two counter chairs.
(we used the mini fridge under the cabinet and put the gas stove on top of the fridge)
We used the false ceiling to run the air conditioning system on the ground floor. (if you use the ducted air conditioning system).
