La soluzione presentata consiste in una rifunzionalizzazione dell’intero appartamento senza andare a toccare la muratura esistente, ad eccezione di alcune paretine di basso spessore, così da dare una nuova vita alla casa cercando di mantenere bassi i costi di ristrutturazione. L’ingresso è disimpegnato e distribuisce sulla destra la porzione più piccola con due camere, la zona cucina/pranzo ed un bagno/lavanderia; mentre sulla sinistra la porzione principale con terrazza e quindi la sala collocata in posizione centrale in modo da risultare ben accogliente e conviviale, la cucina con zona lavanderia dedicata, la sala da pranzo proposta con tavolo tondo che si presta bene nella sua posizione angolare, per poi avere accesso alla terrazza completamente arredata come visibile nella planimetria. Dalla sala si accede alla zona notte con bagno avente funzione anche di wc ospiti, tre camere tutte con letto matrimoniale e ulteriori due bagni collocati in posizione adiacente all’attuale colonna di scarico per evitare problemi di installazione. Lo stile adottato fa subito pensare al mare, i toni sono chiari con leggeri contrasti di begie più scuro ma come visibile dai render sempre armoniosi con il resto dell’abitazione.

The solution presented consists of a re-functionalization of the entire apartment without touching the existing masonry, with the exception of some low-thickness walls, so as to give a new life to the house while trying to keep renovation costs low. The entrance is disengaged and distributes on the right the smaller portion with two bedrooms, the kitchen/dining area and a bathroom/laundry room; while on the left the main portion with terrace and therefore the living room placed in a central position so as to be very welcoming and convivial, the kitchen with dedicated laundry area, the dining room proposed with a round table that lends itself well in its corner position, to then have access to the fully furnished terrace as visible in the plan. From the living room you access the sleeping area with bathroom also having the function of guest toilet, three bedrooms all with double bed and two additional bathrooms placed in a position adjacent to the current drain column to avoid installation problems. The style adopted immediately makes you think of the sea, the tones are light with light contrasts of darker beige but as visible from the renderings always harmonious with the rest of the house.
