Ristrutturare questo appartamento non è stato solo un progetto di design per me, ma un'opportunità per creare uno spazio che si allinei perfettamente al tuo stile di vita e alle tue esigenze. In questo progetto, ho cercato di preservare l'identità dello spazio, bilanciando funzionalità ed estetica. Particolare attenzione è stata data al flusso dei movimenti, alle connessioni spaziali e all'armonia tra comfort e stile, dando vita a un appartamento che sia pratico e che dia davvero la sensazione di essere a casa.

Ogni scelta, dalla progettazione dei bagni alla disposizione degli spazi principali, è stata fatta con cura per garantire un’esperienza abitativa fluida e piacevole. Spero che questa ristrutturazione non solo ti offra un ambiente bello e moderno, ma anche che favorisca un profondo senso di appartenenza e tranquillità nella tua casa.

Nella ristrutturazione di questa unità, si è lavorato per garantire la privacy in tutte le stanze, separando ciascuna di esse dallo spazio pubblico tramite un corridoio. Inoltre, ogni camera dispone di un proprio armadio dedicato. Tutti gli ambienti sono progettati per massimizzare l’uso della luce naturale. Le aperture delle vecchie porte sono state sostituite con armadi e vetrine espositive, permettendo un’ottimizzazione dello spazio. Inoltre, posizionando la cucina principale e la zona pranzo in collegamento diretto con la splendida terrazza dell’appartamento, è stato creato un ambiente accogliente e adatto a ospitare feste e incontri conviviali.

Nel design e nella ristrutturazione di questo progetto, ogni sforzo è stato fatto per presentare la migliore e più ottimizzata disposizione degli spazi con interventi di demolizione minimi, limitati alla rimozione di pareti divisorie. La parete tra il soggiorno e la zona pranzo sarà leggermente demolita, se fattibile e in conformità con i calcoli strutturali, per creare un’esperienza spaziale più aperta e piacevole.

Renovating this apartment was not just a design project for me, but an opportunity to create a space that perfectly aligns with your lifestyle and needs. In this design, I aimed to preserve the identity of the space while balancing functionality and aesthetics. Special attention was given to the flow of movement, spatial connections, and the harmony between comfort and style, shaping an apartment that is both practical and truly feels like home.

Every choice, from the design of the bathrooms to the layout of the main spaces, was made with care to ensure a seamless and enjoyable living experience. I hope this renovation not only provides you with a beautiful and modern environment but also fosters a deep sense of belonging and tranquility in your home.

In the renovation of this unit, efforts have been made to maintain privacy in all rooms, with each room separated from the public space by a corridor. Additionally, every room features its own dedicated wardrobe. All rooms are designed to maximize the use of natural light. The openings of the old doors have been replaced by wardrobes and display cabinets, making space optimization possible. Furthermore, by positioning the main kitchen and dining area in direct connection with the apartment's beautiful terrace, a pleasant environment suitable for hosting parties and gatherings has been created.

In the design and renovation of this project, every effort has been made to present the best and most optimized layout with minimal demolition, limited only to the removal of partition walls. The wall between the living room and dining area will be slightly demolished, if feasible and in accordance with structural calculations, to create a more open and pleasant spatial experience.
