The following floor plan has been designed with the least amount of intervention with retaining all of the load bearing walls. A spacious living with minimal aesthetic following Scandinavian design is proposed. For the bed rooms, walk in closet and study spaces haven been proposed. A vanity washbasin has been designed for both the bathrooms with a slight modification in the wall. Landscaping with a small seating space has been proposed in the outdoor garden.
