grand traditional kitchen and butlers pantry

A grand traditional kitchen and walk-in/butlers pantry. Windows cannot move. The old stove shown on the floor plan (labelled 'st') is to remain as its historic.
We have DRAFT design of the house (which is attached in PDF) however are not happy with kitchen area.
Looking for something with high detail finishes and timbers.
You have freedom within the floor space (as shown in image 'kitchen and pantry.jpg') to design a different layout.
