Descrizione Progetto

I changed the floor plan of the apartment so that the master bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bathroom isolated from the rest of the apartment. This will create some privacy in this area.

I also suggest you add a walk-in closet for the second bedroom. In turn, the second bathroom will perform a double function. First of all, this bathroom will work for guests, as well as for the second bedroom.
All plumbing fixtures can be located further from the sewer risers, but it is necessary to use a forced sewer system that will throw water into the main sewer risers due to the engine.

Between the bedrooms and between the bedroom and the laundry room, I suggest you increase the thickness of the partitions to provide sound insulation between these rooms.

I suggest making the bathroom area out of brick, since plasterboard walls tend to absorb moisture and vapors that form when a person goes to the toilet. This will allow you to avoid the appearance of an unwanted smell after many years. It also makes sense to make the walls thicker where the toilet, bidet, and shower stall will be mounted. This will also allow you to place pipes coming from plumbing fixtures in the thickness of the wall.

Near the entrance to the apartment, I placed the laundry room, since this place is very convenient for connecting to cold water and draining water into the sewer. I also placed a built-in closet right next to the entrance to the apartment, which will allow you not to throw shoes and clothes around, but to hide them beautifully at the entrance. The door to the laundry can be made as a "hidden door". It will allow you to completely remove it visually, and it will look like the rest of the wall.

Also, there is a large opening between the living room and the hallway, which should help to let in light that will pass through the large southern window into the living room. More light, more coziness.

In turn, the kitchen and living room will form a multifunctional open space where you can communicate with guests, have lunch, breakfast, cook, watch your favorite TV shows, etc. This is achieved through the combination of a bar table and a sofa behind it, these two elements visually separate the two spaces, but at the same time give the kitchen and the living room many additional functions.
