Residenziale - Appartamento
Project Description:
This project focuses on the functional and spatial reconfiguration of a four-room apartment currently under construction. While the overall geometry of the floor plan has been preserved, the internal layout has been reimagined to enhance both usability and spatial quality.
The new design maintains two main bedrooms and a small study, while transforming the eastern bedroom into a private master suite with its own bathroom. One of the bathrooms has been redesigned to include a bathtub, offering added comfort and flexibility for daily living.
The original entrance, which lacked clear definition, has been restructured to include a dedicated wardrobe and storage area for shoes and coats, creating a proper threshold between public and private zones.
The kitchen, positioned in the southwest corner, has been opened up and features a central island, serving as a functional and social hub connected to the living area. In addition, a compact yet practical laundry room and storage space have been incorporated near the bathrooms to streamline daily activities.
Both the eastern and western terraces have been preserved in their original locations and are envisioned as green outdoor extensions that enhance the apartment's natural light and livability.
Design Intent:
To elevate everyday living through a thoughtful balance of aesthetics, efficiency, and human needs—without altering the structural constraints of the original layout.
There are two options available.
