hello dear client,
our team tried to reach your needs with a simple design with out demolishing a lot of walls
1- first we added the entrance space with sliding doors and we put a shoes cupboard and a room for coats and it is generally for storage
2- we put a laundry space near the plumbing and near the balcony if you want to add a hanger for clothes
3- when you get to the living you had half open and half closed by adding a divider between the kitchen and the living room
4- for the lobby we added an arch instead of a door to keep the privacy and add a modern touch to the design
5- when you get to the rooms zone you get the kids room and an office room that has a folded be that can be used if needed and we enlarged the master bed room and added a dressing and ensuite bath
6- for the baths we kept them in place so you do not get too much renovation and we put the kitchen beside plumbing and near the balcony
