From London with design!

The
planned project for this apartment includes a small demolition of some
partitions in the living area, in order to create an open space , and in
the sleeping area to improve the stairs area and increase the square
footage of the small room .The bathroom area has no large jobs , but
only a redesign of finishes and health , with a new modern twist but
functional. It
has a shower cubicle with glass door and brushed steel frame , and a
coating that separates the area from the box sinks, in fact the shower
area has a mosaic , while the sink area a coating 20x40 cm. The basin
consists of a large cabinet with double washbasin, and a mirrored frame
illuminated by a strip of LEDs. The
bulk of the work is in the scale , with replacement of old spiral
staircase and the construction of a new wood and steel , with separation
from the living area by a wall made of wooden planked that doubles as a
small closet and hide cables. At the end of the stairs there is a small
laundry room .The open floor plan is designed with an extendable and
movable island , up to a maximum of 12 people . The facilities available
in the kitchen has remained the same so as not to increase costs . The
relaxation area provides a small 4-seater sofa and an armchair, placed
in front of the wooden wall with TV . The wooden wall of drawers
provides containers , as shown in the relevant section .The
wooden wall that separates the living area with stairs is supported by a
perimeter structure made of steel and has a hollow space for the
passage of all electrical cords for the TV and for various readers or
console. At
the bottom and on the right side [ Silhouette dictated by the scale at
the rear ] there are a dresser and a container spaces always useful in
everyday life . So
