The first thing do positive impression is the large terrace on the first floor, a space that should have direct daily use as it offers the feeling of a large private courtyard. The second thing we have to respect the desire of owners for minor changes to the building. So we move the existing kitchen cabinets to the first floor, where there are now and the living room with direct access to terrace. On the ground floor we leave the two bedrooms and build a new bathroom. For the second house we use the last two spaces, the small one for bedroom and the other one for kitchen/living area, and use the bathroom where it is now. The space for this house is enough for a couple.
