The project involves a small common area, and two apartments (39.78 m2 and 42.24 m2 useful).

Apartment1: We can see an open kitchen to the living room, a small bathroom and a great bedroom. Using little furniture, many of them are folding to maximize space, depending on the use you want to give, or people who are in it. There are several storage places, in kitchen, corridor and in the bedroom (handmade open closet taking advantage of the space formed by the new distribution and the pillar).

Apartment2: We can see an open kitchen to the living room, a bathroom (same space that actual bathroom) and a bedroom. Using little furniture, many of them are folding to maximize space, depending on the use you want to give, or people who are in it. There are several storage places, in kitchen (less space than apart.1), corridor and in the bedroom.

Common features: Wooden flooring and white walls. All doors and windows are changed. All rooms have at least a window or door directly to the outside. The furniture has been selected mainly from Ikea (there are some pieces from other brands). Similarly, the project looks nice and modern.
