Dear Client,

Thank you for this great project, I have attached a design that you can see clearly through the rendering attachment, here I will explain the design that I proposed,

Ground floor
On the ground floor I tried to create a division of space by thinking about the location of the bathroom drain and the kitchen drain, I put the bathroom near the bathroom pipe, but I put the kitchen a little far from the kitchen drain hole, this is because I want the French window facing west to be closer to the living room than the kitchen, because the west is the best area in my opinion, so the power to put the kitchen on the other side, but still not too far from the drain.

You can see the kitchen with an island, as well as a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people. On the side of the living room there is a sofa with a table, as well as a television and heater, and shelves that are made to blend in like a wall with a wood-patterned cover. In the entrance area you can see the stairs to the first floor, as well as a seating area to replace shoes/sandals or a cupboard to put clothes and others.

I made the design in harmony with the dominance of white, light cream, and wooden accents, I chose wooden hardware installed on the ground floor, I think this is the right choice according to the concept and atmosphere of the surrounding area which is a plantation.

First floor
On the first floor there is one master bedroom that has window access to the west side, and there is a wardrobe that is made as if it is integrated with the bed. In addition, there is a child's room with two beds that have window access through the top (through the ceiling), then you can see an office space that is enough for a work desk.

In addition, there is a laundry room next to which there is a large bathroom, both are located parallel to the ground floor bathroom, to facilitate the creation of channels.
