EM4 new apartament in via manzoni 177

The project proposes 3 planimetric variations. First chosen plan rendered one has the most efficient usage of light in the rooms while lastly there are two other options of compartimentation that ensure more rooms - one option with a guest room and another one with room for the housekeeper. Taking into consideration that the light goes on about 6m from the window the resulting space was cleverly transformed into storage space and bathrooms.
