Elegant Old Spanish House needs refurbishment

The proposed project tries to satisfy all the requests and needs described in the contest.
The elements of the design are attached on the first section (Plan) and showed as a printable A3 book which also contains a short text where important aspects of the design have been drafted. The house already looks charming, hopefully this project will enrich it even more.
