Duplex with garden

HI,
The main objective was to maximum utilize the available space while achieving all the requirements listed by client all the while not disturbing the lower ground. The staircase is placed in such a way that, there is no major space loss in lower ground. Thus the rooms and toilets achieved are spacious and well connected. I have refrained myself from utilizing the balcony area since it would create unnecessary changes to the exterior.
