Our proposal part to use a linear scheme that articulates the privates and public areas of Eco-Hotel, releasing the core areas for the exclusive use of guests.
In this way the front of the property contains the public area of the project with the Lobby, Motor Lobby and reception, Its the first meeting of the visitor with the Hotel facilities.
In a second instance, forming a bay, the shop installed (which is the prelude to our Spa upstairs) a library, lounge, bar and restaurant. All framed by a natural lake and lush vegetation directly adjoining the center garden for the practice of Yoga and some holes for golf practice.
The rooms are designed as stilts that rise from the ground according to their position on the farm. The most remote at the beach are those with more height (approximately 2 m) which decreases as they approach the beach, which allows most of our rooms have direct view to the sea (8 Rooms) . Besides giving privacy avoiding the exchange of glances with people walking about the grounds. This area is conceived as a large garden where the cabins are lost between the green of the vegetation.
The room is conceived as a pavilion that can be opened completely to the natural forest of the property, which is adjustable by means of wooden blinds according to the privacy of the user likes. All rooms feature a private patio with an outdoor jacuzzi.
The slope of the roof of the pavilion provides a panoramic view of the starry sky and treetops. Having all the amenities necessary for guest comfort: Lounge, terrace, bar, bathroom and outdoor Jacuzzi.
At the end of the property, facing the sea the main sun deck, two Jacuzzis and a children's pool, which are linked by a Teka footbridge with the three Suites Villas Hotel is located. Additionally, the hotel have a corridor service (at the side) that connects all areas of the hotel and allows the transit of employees and services.
The project starts with a criterion of sustainability, seeks the use of passive energy such as natural air circulation, walls that create shadows, tall structures to reduce soil temperature and the air conditioning is not necessary in most enclosures .
It aims to revive the native river of the land and build a large natural lake which are receptacles rainwater is collected on rooftops, ponds and lakes, as water treatment plants for reuse in irrigation Park and excess sent to groundwater.
It is a priority the use of regional materials such as local stone, with which the main fundations of the architectural program will be forged in combination with steel and concrete where necessary.
Wood, abundant and exquisite in Indonesia, will be a key element in the aesthetic appearance of our project. It will be used on floors, structures, handrails and apparent carpentry taking advantage of the natural grain and color of the Exquisite regional material.
In landscaping endemic species in both woodland and foliage are used, the idea is that the same vegetation restores what was on the site before the intervention, giving to the visitors a complete experience of the natural environment of the island.
