The proposed solution, in which we tried to achieve the basic aim of this contest - creation of working space and a place to spend your leisure time, is based on three areas: 1) warehouse, a place for working and vehicle storage; 2) bar area, encompassing comfortable space for family and friends and 3) office, a place for both working and resting. The whole unit is designed as a clean, modern and comfortable space with mostly white walls, combining surfaces and natural materials like wood.
