This project was designed to create a modern, warm, and functional living space for a family of four. According to your request for two independent entrances, the right entrance connects directly to a private study, providing a quiet and secluded area, while the main entrance leads seamlessly to the living room, kitchen, and other living areas. The heart of the home is the kitchen, designed with an island concept that combines cooking and socializing; the large dining table is rectangular for everyday use but can transform into a square shape to accommodate guests, offering flexible functionality. The spacious living room, with its warm tones and comfortable seating layout, creates a cozy environment for family gatherings. Additionally, two fixed walls were removed and sliding glass doors were added, merging the space with the balcony to achieve a bright and airy atmosphere. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, providing a stylish and comfortable retreat, while the daughter’s room features a vanity and study area, and the son’s room is designed with both a workspace and a gaming corner. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and WC to ensure maximum comfort, and an additional guest WC has been placed centrally for shared use. A dedicated laundry room, ample storage areas, and a well-organized layout have been thoughtfully integrated to make daily life easier.
