Hello client, I hope you are doing well.
Here is the description of the project: Layout plan
Standing at the entrance patio, when you move towards the house there is a glass door provided with the glass window attached to it to provide natural daylight to the area inside the house,
Before you enter there is a welcome or entrance space with a step to elevate the inside space from the exterior spaces. After entering the space close to the glass door have space storage space.
The first space is the living area with comfortable seating and wall mounted tv unit, to the left is open kitchen with the dining area, kitchen has a window the helps to keep the space well-lit with nature daylight and maintain good ventilation. the kitchen is kept at a distance from the living area to keep the cooking smell away from the seating space like the living and dining area.
On the right there is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is provided, bathroom is in he middle so that both the bedrooms and living room can have an easy access to it. the window of the bedrooms measures 2.20M wide.
both the bedrooms follow the space interior layout with the bedroom in the middle and bedside table on both side and storage spaces for cloths etc and on the front of the bed is a tv unit, which can be a ground standing one which will allow more storage and will look aesthetically pleasing. both the bedrooms and bathroom have good circulation space. bathroom have 1 wash basin with storage , 1 w.c and 1 shower area.
Now on the last item which is the master bedroom with the attached walk-in closet and bathroom . upon entering the space is a walk-in closet to its right is the master bedroom and to its front is the bathroom. there is extra storage space is provided in the master bedroom. there is a window provided with seating for lounging and to behind which have a small space to store books if you are a book reader/ enthusiast on the same wall as the bigger storage as shown in the layout. Bathroom have two washbasin, 1 w.c (water closet) with storage space given behind it and shower area with glass/ wood partition between w.c and shower area. ALSO to divide the walk-in closet from the bedroom we can consider a sling door which will save space. or a normal door(swing door)which will open against the storage provided on the master bedroom to make sure both the main entrance to walk-in closet and master bedroom door don't collied and work more functionally.
Thankyou, if you have any doubt regarding any dimensions. you have an access to the plan and dwg file which will help you with all the doubt. It was a pleasure working on this project.
