Night zone (quieter side) → bedrooms

This minimizes wasted corridor space and improves privacy.
2. Open-Plan Living + Kitchen (≈ 40–45 m²)
Position along the best sun exposure side (ideally south or southwest)
Include:
Kitchen with island
Dining area
Living room
Openings:
2 French windows (max 2.20 m each)
One from living room
One from dining/kitchen
These should open onto the 10 m² patio
This creates:

Maximum daylight penetration
