This project consists of a linear masonry kitchen. The layout integrates the client’s existing freestanding appliances and responds to the low existing window sill by setting a reduced countertop height beneath the window, ensuring full operability of the window and sink tap.

The kitchen includes an induction hob with extractor hood, an oven positioned below, a stainless-steel sink, and dedicated base cabinets for pot and pan storage, as requested by the client. All masonry walls, appliance niches, and cabinetry are precisely dimensioned to allow accurate on-site construction.

The design prioritizes functionality, clarity, and respect for the existing building, resulting in a practical and context-appropriate kitchen solution.
