The induction hob and its cooker hood were laid out in the area where existing piping sits. So that the piping wouldnt be that long, and it save cost.

So as basin/sink. Laid out where existing pipe sits, Which is around window, you can choose sink that have water tap that on the side of the sink (not in the center), these type of sink can be found in the marketplace nowadays, so it wont obstruct the windows.

Last, the beverage area positioned near stairs. Because of existing windows, the water dispenser positioned between fridge and window, because the height of the dispenser height can be adjusted as level as existing side window. So it meets perfectly.
