There are many kind of Clients: The ones who preffer the classic style, the modern, others some temathic, eclectic, ... That’s why sometimes it’s impossible to make something that everyone loves. Thinking in that we create two beautiful proposes that will make you sell this house because your Clients will love them, or at least one!!

The Option 1 is a more classic option. We create an open space propose that make looks bigger the home. We reorganize the space creating a TV room at the entrance of the house, with it’s own sound system. This room is separated from the dining by a floated wall, where could hang a TV for this side and art piece (to the other space). The new dining room is bigger: Has space for an eight people table with elegant chairs and also can have a decorative console near the window (storage space).
The living room is emphasized by a new fireplace: The wall it’s proposed in other material (maybe some granite or similar) to create an elegant environment. We use a carpet in the floor to define the permanent area.
The bathroom and the linen closet dissappear, and give space for a larger kitchen. The waste drain must be relocated to the wall that separates the bedroom’s hall from the kitchen. The new kitchen is in L shape with a peninsule, which also serves as bar or auxiliar dining table, and it’s open to the dining room, so more people can share in special ocations. We create a lot of storage cabinets at both side walls, combining some covered storage with shelves.
At the end of the kitchen there is the family room, we propose that space as an auxiliar dining (if there is a table) or as a play room (the kids could be there at the sight of the adults).
The whole design respect the existing windows and doors, a lot of walls disappear and take advantage of these changes to bring more natural light to the interior.

The Option 2 is a more modern option. In this propose we really create an open space: The only walls that stay are the walls of the private zone of bedrooms, so the whole social area is full of natural light.
The center of the living room is the fireplace, that now is framed with a texture on the wall (could be marble or some tile) that combined with the furniture give a fresh and unique image.
The dining room is totally connected with the living room and with the kitchen, it’s ideal to attend many people. It could have an eight people table and some storage decorative furniture.
The kitchen has two parts: The peninsule that is continuance of the dining room (has storage that is shared with this space) and the L shape storage that contain the oven’s tower and the sink. In the middle of this space we propose the auxiliary dining, which is also an useful additional surface. The linen closet stays and now is open to the bedroom’s hall (so it’s not neccessary to moved the waste drain), and in the outside we disimulate it creating a niche with shelves and a wall to hang an art piece. Behind the kitchen you can see the family room, it can be used as TV and play room. There’s no door between that spaces, so it’s easy to watch the children almost from every space of the social area.
With this propose we really exploit the benefits of the open space concept maximizing the entrance of natural light, minimizing the existing walls and creating unique spaces fluidly connected.
