Ciao!! Our proposal for your country house try to take advantage of the conditions of the place where you’re, so we put a lot of attention for the exterior!!
When you come to the house you’ll see a modern porch with the speaker to be announced. There’s a road in ecological adoquin that guides you to the parking area. The house is divided in an appartment for the owners and a second appartment and a social area for guests.

In the ground floor you’ll find the access terrace that can be used as reading area, it’s connected with the living/dining room, so in an event you can integrate all these spaces. When you come in to the reception you’ll find a large library and a living close to the fireplace (it's also opened to the reading terrace). Both bedrooms (for the owners) are behind the linen closet, to create more storage area and also to give more privacy to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own closet and bathroom, and in the second bedroom there’s space for a desk. In the space next to the stairs we propose a social bath, it could be used for owners and for guests because it’s located in the center of the space. We maintain the kitchen in the same place, we propose a linear kitchen with an island and an auxiliary dining room (specially to be used by family where there’re a lot of guests). The main dining room now is bigger, there’s space for living and dining room, and we create the fireplace to create an special atmosphere; there’s enough place to enjoy a big party :), this area can be separated for the reception and living area using a glass door.

In the first floor we create two bedrooms, in plans you’ll see two different designs, so you can select which one works better for you. Inside the bedrooms you can put one or two beds, depends of the orientation of the beds or the type of the beds (single or cabin). One of the bedrooms could be used as a suite because it’s connected with a terrace (with living and dining). We create a dining mix with a coffee shop, to be used by guests (self service), so it works as a kitchen but more simple. There’s also space for a relaxation area where you find: A zen room (or TV room), a gym (or space for a multiple room), a jacuzzi room and a social bath. In the dining/kitchen you’ll find a spiral staircase to the garret. In the garret there’s the utility room, and the second room we propose it as a multiple room with storage. The multiple room is for people that need a place to sleep and want to spend little money, so they don’t care to share the room with other people (even if they’re strangers) and to use the bathroom located in the first floor (in the relaxation area).

The new building looks like the existing house, to keep the same exterior language. At the interior there’s the warehouse, an open kitchen with the area for apprentices (or lab area), there’re bathrooms, the laundry, the dressing room or relax area for employees and the porch.

For the exterior we create a unique design for all the covers areas. We propose a central park specially for kids, we also create some covered relaxing areas (to read, drink a coffee, etc), there’re trails to walk, there’s the swimming pool and the tennis court, so people would have fun inside and outside!!
